Choose a plan, manage billing, switch between monthly and yearly, and buy employee licenses.

The Subscription section is where you start, manage, and pay for your plan. What you see depends on whether you're subscribed yet.
Choosing a plan
If you don't have an active subscription, the Choose Your Plan card appears.
Monthly or yearly
Toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing. Yearly is marked 2 months free — the equivalent monthly price is shown below.
Plan price
The price for the selected interval, plus tax. The All Inclusive plan includes every feature.
Subscribe
Click Subscribe to go to secure Stripe checkout. Monthly is billed monthly (cancel anytime); yearly is billed annually.
Employee Licenses
The Employee Licenses card lets you buy licenses to add therapists to your team — always $15/month each, regardless of your base plan interval. The owner / first therapist is included in the base plan.
When your subscription is active, use the – and + buttons to set the number of licenses, then Update Subscription to confirm. A summary shows how many active employees use how many licenses.
You can't reduce licenses below your current active employee count — remove employees first. While you're on a trial, you must activate your subscription before adding team members.
Managing an active subscription
Once subscribed, the Current Plan card replaces Choose Your Plan. It shows:
- Your plan (All Inclusive), the Monthly / Yearly badge, and the Status badge (Active, Trial, Past Due, Canceled, Unpaid).
- The Next Billing Date, or the trial-end / cancellation date when relevant.
- Manage My Subscription — opens the Stripe billing portal to update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
- A link to switch to yearly billing (save 2 months) or switch to monthly billing. A confirmation dialog explains how the proration and timing work before you confirm.
Billing Summary
When you're subscribed (or activating from a trial with licenses), a Billing Summary card breaks down the base plan and licenses with Subtotal, GST (5%), QST (9.975%), and Total. Employee licenses are always billed monthly even on a yearly base plan.
Seat changes and interval switches each open a confirmation dialog with the full tax breakdown, so you can see the exact new amount before anything is charged.
