My name is Nathalie, and I've been a massage therapist for 15 years.

I've run my own clinic, managed teams, and helped other therapists run their practice. Over all those years, I tried six different platforms. Every time, something was missing. Too expensive, not in French, no support, or simply not suited to the reality here at home. I spent my evenings on admin work instead of being there for my clients.

My partner, Dominic, takes care of all the technology. A senior programmer-analyst for 16 years at a large Quebec company, he has deep expertise in cybersecurity. The security of your data isn't a minor detail to him: it's his profession.

One day, instead of hunting for yet another incomplete tool, we asked ourselves: what if we built our own? The one I would have wanted from the very start.

That's how RDV & Cie was born. A Quebec platform designed by a massage therapist who knows the field, and built by an expert who knows how to make it simple, reliable, and secure.
