Referrals

Invite other therapists with your referral code, earn a free month, and follow each referral.

Updated 2026-10-02

The Referrals section lets you invite other therapists to RDV & Cie and follow every business that signed up with your code. Give a month, get a month: when a business you referred pays its first month, you both get one month of your own plan free, taxes included.

Referrals is only visible to the business owner, and only from a web browser — like Subscription, it isn't available in the mobile app.

The Referrals section: the referral code with Copy code and Copy link, the counters, the credits, and the list of referrals with their status.
1

Share your code or link

Your code is shown in Your code. Click Copy code or Copy link (or Share on a phone) and send it to the therapist you're inviting. The link opens the business sign-up page with your code already filled in; they can also type the code in the Referral code (optional) field.

2

Follow your referrals

The counters show how many businesses you Referred, and how many are In trial, Subscribed, Didn't subscribe, or Expired. Click a counter to filter the list below.

3

See your credits

Referral credits earned is the total of the credits you received (taxes included). Account credit available is what is left on your account; it is applied automatically to your next invoices.

4

Check each referral

Your referrals lists every business that signed up with your code, with its sign-up date and status. The ones that need your attention come first.

How the reward works

  • The reward is one month of each business's own plan, taxes included — even on a yearly plan, it's the monthly price of that plan.
  • It is added as a credit on your account and paid automatically on your next invoice. On a yearly plan, that is your renewal, or an earlier employee-license invoice.
  • The business you referred gets the same: one month of its own plan, applied to its next invoice after its first payment.
  • You receive an email when someone signs up with your code, and another when your credit is added.

A credit has no cash value and is never refunded. If you don't use it, it stays on your account.

The statuses

StatusWhat it means
In trialThey are in their free trial. The date shows when it ends.
Didn't subscribeTheir trial ended without a paid subscription. It's a good time to check in with them — you also get an email when this happens.
SubscribedThey paid their first month: your credit was added (the amount is shown). If your own subscription had ended at that moment, your reward was forfeited.
ExpiredThey didn't pay within 12 months of signing up.

You only see the referred business's name, sign-up date and status — never its owner's contact details. They agreed to share that much when they used your code.
