Read client reviews, reply publicly, edit or remove your reply, and report reviews for moderation.

The Reviews tab is where you read client feedback and manage your public reputation. It appears once reviews are enabled for your business.

Filters and stats

  • Filter by team member — appears when you have more than one; shows only that person's reviews.
  • Filter by rating — 5★ down to 1★.

Two stat cards show your average rating (with stars) and your total reviews.

A review card

Each card shows the author, the star rating, the team member and service, and the date. Imported reviews carry a "via …" badge naming the source. The actions depend on the review:

Respond

Opens a box to write a public reply (up to 2000 characters). Your reply appears under the review for everyone to see.

Edit response / Delete response

Once you've replied, you can update or remove your reply.

Report

Flags a review for moderation with a reason (up to 1000 characters). While under review it shows a Pending moderation badge instead of the report button.

Imported reviews can't be replied to or reported — only reviews left by your own clients have those actions. A review that already has a reply hides the report button.

Replying to reviews — especially less-than-perfect ones — shows future clients you're attentive. Keep it brief, thank the client, and take details offline.
