Settings overview

Where to find every business and personal setting, and how saving works.

Updated 2026-06-14

Settings is split in two places: Business Settings (everything about the business — shared by the whole team) and Personal Settings (your own profile and notifications). Open either from the dashboard menu.

Every setting saves on its own as you type or toggle — there is no Save button. A small toast in the corner confirms each change (and offers Retry if a save fails). The only exceptions are the create/edit dialogs for services and locations, which have an explicit Save button.

Business Settings

The left rail lists every section. Sections appear based on your plan and role — the Payments, Team, and Subscription sections are owner-only.

On a phone the sections show as a grid of tiles; tap one to open it and use the back arrow to return to the grid.

Personal Settings

These belong to you, not the business:

  • Professional profile — your photo, title, experience, languages, and bio.
  • Receipt types — the insurance receipt headers you issue.
  • Working hours — when you accept bookings (owners always; employees with the right permission).
  • Google Calendar — two-way calendar sync.
  • Notifications — which alerts you receive and your booking reminders.
